Our Founder
Tong Qin has 25 years of diverse experience as a financial management expert in the public and private sectors. She was the Deputy CFO of the Small Business Administration (SBA) with an annual budget of about $1 billion and a loan portfolio of $100+ billion. Prior to that, she established the Office of Internal Controls at the SBA and was the first Director of Internal Controls at the SBA. Before joining the SBA, Tong worked in a regional public accounting firm for 10+ years with a focus on providing auditing and consulting services to the Federal and State governments.
Tong leverages her deep knowledge from working with OMB, IG, and GAO, to seamlessly support clients with various projects, minimizing the learning curve and ensuring each task meets OMB approval standards and passes IG and GAO audits. Tong’s specialized expertise and wealth of experience are key assets to help you navigate complex regulations and enhance financial performance.

Fizza Shafiq, CMA
Senior Auditor/Consultant
Fizza is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in auditing, financial reporting, and internal controls. With expertise in budget forecasting, corporate filing, and regulatory compliance, she has worked in top firms, including KPMG, Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP, and Sacks, Press & Lacher P.C. Her experience spans various industries such as banking, government, and non-profits, with a deep understanding of GAAP, PAOB audits, and risk assessment.

Alicia is a results-driven HR professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in HR strategy, employee relations, staffing, benefits, compliance, and training.
